All non-live games use a certified Random Number Generator ("RNG") that has been independently audited to confirm statistical randomness and fairness. Live dealer games are conducted by trained human dealers using physical equipment — cards, wheels, and dice — in real time.
In the event of a discrepancy between a displayed result and the system-recorded result, the system-recorded result shall prevail. In the event of a game malfunction — including software errors, technical faults, or network interruptions — all wagers placed during the affected period shall be void and stakes returned.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 975 shall not be liable for:
975's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the amount deposited by you in your 975 account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
975 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the contact details on file (typically by in-platform notification or SMS). The revised Terms will display an updated "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the 975 platform after any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Both parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 975 platform.
